Returns + Exchanges

RETURNS:

You really gonna return something so hot?

If you must, bikini tops can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a store credit. Due to sanitary reasons we are not accepting returns or exchanges on any bottoms or one pieces. 

We won't accept returns for suits that have been worn, damaged or marked in any way. Not chill homie.

Before you send it back to us, you must request a return authorization (RA) number by emailing bentswim@gmail.com. Make sure you include your order number and reason for return in your email so we know what went down! We process all returns within five days of receiving your suits. We will send you an email with the details of your return. We reserve the right to refuse a return if a returned suit does not meet the above conditions. In this instance, the item will be returned to the address on the original order.

EXCHANGES:

You will need to cover the cost of the shipping from the first item purchased to be sent back to us. (Sorry fam, I'm a small business). We will then cover the shipping to get your new exchanged item to you! 

STORE CREDIT:

Store credits can be used to make a future purchase and are valid for 12 months from date of issue. 

RETURN POSTAGE:

You will need to cover the shipping cost of your return to get back to us. We recommend using a tracked method of postage to ensure it reaches us safely as we are not responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered parcels.
